Old School Surgery is a Partnership Practice open to all patients living within our Practice boundary in Chartham, Chilham, Old Wives Lees and surrounding areas (please see our website for details on www.oldschoolsurgerykent.nhs.net). We work in partnership with our patients, staff and Patient Participation Group (PPG) to provide medical care for our patients. We work under the General Medical Services (GMS) contract to provide primary care services for the diagnosis, management and prevention of disease and illnesses. Our GPs and staff act as patient advocates, supporting and representing their best interests to ensure they receive the best and most appropriate health and/or social care. We liaise and work with other health services and healthcare colleagues both in the community and in secondary care as appropriate to ensure the best care and continuity for our patients.

    • Minor surgery, excisions, incisions and injections to joints.

    • INR monitoring for warfarin users

    • Phlebotomy

    • 24 hour BP monitoring

    • ECGs ( 12 lead electrical heart tracing) and interpretation
